"Get 30 Days of Game Time On Us" Not Received

As the title says, I didn't receive my 30 Days free after Purchasing a Subscription for some reason, my account still states it will end at the end of January, when it should be Febuary. Any help?

     If still a sub you can try and submit a in-game ticket but likely they will say to phone.

    All account issues are by phone, so you will need to phone them

I've had the same problem, friends.

I bought 60 days game time back in December, 19th (first subscription) and didn't receive the bonus. Until now.

Today, which completes 30 days of subscription (first paid month), I've received my 30 days bonus. They've sent an email saying that my subscription has been updated.

I don't know if helped, but I sent a ticket in-game describing our problem.

Having the same problem as everyone else here. Signed up during the promotion, didn't get my free subscription time and got booted down to preferred status when time ran out.

    I also have the same problem! I didnt receiced anything! I feel like being cheated. And i will not let this stand like this. I will stop buying any games from ea or BW if this is not repaired

      Same situation for me... And to be clear, i received email from Bioware with this promotion so apparently something is not working here... I am really disappointed because it was the only reason I bought subscripiton...
