Graphics Issues in SWTOR - Not There Before
Hello all,
I am just seeking out any advice at all about this. Please see the image below. There are several things to note:
1) I used this same computer to play SWTOR for about 3 years before uninstalling the game. I recently reinstalled it on the same computer, and this is the result.
2) This graphics issue is ONLY visible in cutscenes and the login screen. Nowhere else.
3) This is only seen at graphics level medium or above. At Low and Very Low, I do not see this glitch at all. Back when I played the game regularly, I consistently played at graphics level High and did not see this issue, meaning that this is a new issue entirely.
4) My graphics card and computer are completely up to date, both optional and important updates.
5) I have repaired my client several times (by removing BitRaider since I have a streaming launcher).
If anyone could help me out at all I would appreciate it so much. I'm completely at a loss.

The simplicity of this post peeves me but I have found a fix.
It appears that my video driver can't handle bloom. I manually fixed all my in-game graphics settings, even up to Ultra, but I took off bloom. And that seemed to be the fix. Without bloom, the glitch doesn't appear, and I even tested out some cutscenes. Every other setting can be maxed out, but bloom needs to be off.
Long-term, that disappoints me, but short-term, I'm okay with this. I unfortunately have zero idea if, back when I regularly played this game, bloom was EVER on, but it can't be on anymore I suppose, at least Intel updates their video drivers so I actually use it!
