how can i get swtor to work on windows 7 in 2018

I can download it and install it but when i click on the launcher the i get click yes or no from UAC and i click yes and then nothing no launcher nothing. I don't know what to do. I have searched but...

    Cant see anything obvious, have you tested to see if the launcher works if you create a new windows administrator user account ?

Ensure all windows updates are done , there should be no reason it doesnt work on windows 7.

The issue is the launcher not appearing it seems, i gather you have tried the repair utility at this link and run the launcher shortcut by right mouse clicking and select run as administrator

Can provide a dxdiag per this link it may help
