How do I recover a deleted character?
I accidentally deleted my character, and I'm not a subscriber, is there a way to get it back? Please help!

The only thing you can try is send an email to support@swtor.com , supply swtor username , server and character name
However this is normally only something offered to subscribers , so be prepared that they may respond with that as the answer they come back with.
Which means if you subscribe for a month you can then request the character to be restored using the ingame ticket system.
