How to get a refund on a game I can't play?

So for starters the game is missing, has been for a few days, therefore, I can't play it.  I can play SWTOR but it doesn't show up as an Origin game, the expansion (Eternal Throne) is the issue and the thing I want to refund. I don't know how to do this because it doesn't meet the "Great Game Guarantee" because I can't launch it. The refund option doesn't appear in my order history and when I click the "Request a refund" button it just says "You don't have any games that qualify for a refund right now." so I'm really at a loss here. The game was $40 and I would really like it back.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

    if you go to www.swtor.com/download and run the setup , once the game is installed and you login to your account , any access you have will be available.

    if you want to add a shortcut within origin just add launcher.exe as a non origin game

    I am confused on what you are trying to do here , did you purchase something via origin ? a 30 day sub grants all expansions

    Yes I bought the STAR WARS: The Old Republic - Knights of the Eternal Throne - Origin Eternal Empire Pack, on origin but it doesn't show up in my games. I have already installed Swtor and played it but it doesn't show up as an origin game, when I add it as an origin game I can't see any expansions for it (because it's a non-origin game) My problem is I cant refund the expansion I bought on origin (Eternal Throne).

    So, the grantee states that within 24 hours of LAUNCHING the game you can get a refund. But I can't launch the game/expansion. You see my problem here? So how do I get a refund is the question?

    Thanks

    @Just-T-Swizzle

    The STAR WARS: The Old Republic - Knights of the Eternal Throne - Origin Eternal Empire Pack is a 60 day game time code delivered via email to be applied at http://www.swtor.com/redeem-code

    If you have not received the email it is likely due to the payment has not finished processing, and this can be checked on your EA account.

    So i guess the first thing to determine is has the payment finished ?

    To answer your question though you will need to raise a ticket with a game advisor see  this link  you will need to select "origin" as the game .

    However a refund cannot be processed until the payment has completed but the issue will be is that once the payment completes a code is emailed to you, and they cannot cancel this code per sey, but that is up to the advisor on how to proceed if you do want a refund.

    The payment was completed days ago

    I have gotten no email as of yet. When/if I get the email how would I go about getting a refund for a redeemable code? Is that possible?

    Thanks
