I can't change my password.

I've been trying the whole day to log in SWTOR but I couldn't because I don't remember my password. I've also tryed to reset it, but the website is giving me an error everytime I press on Submit but...

I've call them and Paul L. fixed it!
The problem was the Security Key. It was like a conflict or something and after he removes it I was able to change my password and log in again perfectly!

Could you try and leave the security key blank when you're logging on? If you still get the login failed error message with just your Display Name and Password, that'll mean the password is incorrect.

Make sure you're typing it out manually and not using an auto-fill feature.

For me, it's apparently my security key, the exact same one that lets me log into the game just fine.
