the wayfarer robe you can't claim copy from collection as it is one of the set that gives stats, it is also mentioned if you check the item via the collection window
support had a look for you and can see you bought in 2013 ... but the character is no longer existing (was also before the server merge) ... and don't seem to be able to see the armor anywhere , so might want to check the GTN etc is best can suggest i'm afraid
