Try using this link to exit the recurring sub
https://account.swtor.com/user/subscription/cancel
Then reselect the subscription again
Community AdminThanks all for the posts. As mentioned calling is the way to go, and I have word that most of you have done so, or the issue has resolved itself.
I was able to check those whose posting account here is the same as their SWTOR account, and you should have access to your subscriber content.

@EA_David could you check my account too? on the site it says I have 28 days left but ingame it doesnt recognise the subscription. My SWTOR display name is Kerdo

@EA_David my account name in SWTOR is Digitalus, would love a fix for my subscription not working in-game. Thanks for looking into it. I probably won't get a chance to call until after business hours (again).
Edit: My wife was able to call on my behalf and resolve it for me. For those unable to call, it's a genuine aggravation.
