[INFO] Getting Help and Board Guidlines
Greetings!
Welcome to AHQ! Please take a look around, and hopefully you can find an answer to your SWTOR support questions. If you want to find out more about AHQ and how we do things around here, please check out the About page, which has lots of information on rules, posting and progression.
While we're all excited to make new friends, as is the rule across all SWTOR forums, please do not promote your invitation link in individual threads.
If you're coming to the board with an issue might want to start by checking out our stickies. They're extensive and contain information gathered throughout the SWTOR's lifetime.
If you think the server might be down, please check out the Server Status page. If you want to stay up to date on the latest changes in the game, you can always find the Patch Notes here.
In some cases you will need to contact support to deal with issues directly. You can find the appropriate channels to do so below.
- In-Game Tickets – For in-game issues, Subscribers can submit in-game tickets to our Customer Support department. Click on the “Customer Service Help Request” Main Menu option (or by pressing “Ctrl + /”) and follow the instructions on the “Request Help” tab.
- Bug Reports - Found a bug in-game? Let us know! Non Subscribers can let us know at the AHQ Bug Report Section otherwise if a Subscriber either head over to our Bug Report Forums or, you can type /bug. A window will pop up and let you fill in the details of your bug report. This report is sent directly to our Quality Assurance team for investigation. Please note, we do not typically respond directly to submitted bugs, but we investigate all of them.
