playing from malaysia (north of singapore), using ISP Unifi (broadband 5mbps) playing on harbinger (us west coast) recently resub to play the kotet used to play with latency around 250-300ms ...

Hi, did you call to ISP? If not, do this and it can be problem in GTT.

(IMHO it's small chances if some one here know how to solve this problem)
