Is the guild reward bugged ? Asking for information (casual player)

Sorry if this is a noob question, but I never ever had the problem before so I'd like to be sure. For the first time since I started casually playing years ago, one of my characters (a new one, low level), didn't receive the Guild Conquest reward. I did receive the personal conquest reward, and my guild did get their conquest done, but I didn't get anything out of it.

Is it because my character only joined the day the Conquest ends (Tuesday) ? I think I did the majority of my 50 000 points after I was accepted into the guild but some of my points were done before. I didn't do a lot more than 50K points. After that, I considered my conquest done, so I focused on others characters.

Do you need to score 50K points in guild to get the guild conquest reward ? I didn't find this rule explained or even specified anywhere, so that's why I'm asking. Also, how do you check you've reached the cap ? Is there a way to check your "in-guild" conquest points ? I would appreciate a lot your returns and information. I did play in a variety of guilds and did many Conquests but never encountered this problem before.

  • Hey there! I'll answer your questions below:

    • You must obtain all conquest points towards guild conquest rewards in the guild; points obtained before joining a guild would count towards your personal conquest, but it would not count towards your guild conquest. Joining on the day of reset even a couple of hours before reset would not make you ineligible to receive guild conquest rewards should you complete your guild conquest in time.
    • You can indeed see how many conquest points you have obtained within the guild by opening up the guild tab, going to the guild roster and using the dropdown where member notes would show by default and changing it to the "conquest points" dropdown instead. This will show you how many conquest points you've obtained while in the guild.

    I hope this helps!
