Just passed level 10, still can't chat

The subject explains it all. I'm level 11, and I still get the message that I'm not allowed to chat as a F2P player until I pass level 10. I tried both general chat and whispering.

it says f2ps need to be lvl 25 now instead of the misleading lvl10

Good day! For some reason, though I've reached the level 14, when I try to type something in the chat, it says me that I should reach the level 10 (I'm an FTP player). Please prompt me, how to fix this problem?

I have this issue as well and it is really triggering me. I added an image as proof. It clearly shows that I am still unable to chat.

  I have merged your posts into the main one. Other then subscribing or going preferred I don't know of another work around.
  
  The only thing I know they did as pointed out by Proxxos earlier in the thread is that they made changes to chat restrictions for F2P recently which may be causing the issue.
  
  Another thing to try as a way of getting around it is see if you are able to use the chat as you level up. Have you gotten any character to 50 and if so does it still not let you chat?

    Hahahahahaha! Some workaround! My solution was to uninstall the game and play something else. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work as advertised.
    
    None of this is directed at you nor anyone else on this board, but squarely at this terrible business model.
    
    It's a crying shame that this wonderful, fictional universe, IMO a far better one than that of the films, is treated this way.
