High performance is now on but same issue
I run already fullscreen windowed
Network is good here running with 500+ Mbps LAN so ethernet cable
Ping google.dk -t run without problems and 20-30 ms but still experiancing the issue with SWTOR
My youtube also flickering when the issue is there and i am scrolling up and down, i changed cable and tested with a 3rd secondary monnitor but same issue up to 10 min lag when switch youtube video and go back to SWTOR

I would also open task manager and check cpu usage that you tube is using when this occurs
check temps as well , thermal throttling could cause this too
