I played through KOTFE and stucked to all possible flirt options with Lana Beniko, but then found out that there was no lock-on. Is there any way to change it after KOTFE and KOTET expansions?

Hey there! I'm afraid that once you do the initial playthrough of KOTFE and KOTET, whatever choices you made during that time will stick; subsequent playthroughs will not affect the outcome. If you're asking in regards to marrying Lana, that option comes later and you can rest assured that you have not missed the opportunity; should you not have skipped to Ossus.
