yes i tried this morning. without success.
I will start over and try again
I would like to understand the link with smart defrag program from iobit (which I don't know)
What is smart defrag program from iobit? I have to install it? And below what's wrong?
P1: launcher.exe_SWTOR Launcher
P2: 3.2.6.0
P3: 528d292a
P4: dataexchange.dll
- I specify that the computer is freshly installed (Saturday)
- I just finished installing the game on another PC (not mine) and it was working. I then copy / paste the game directory to my computer. without success
dataexchange.dll
this is a windows 10 file for defrag , it was made by iobit so its built into the OS , i have never seen a crash using this dll since swtor started
I wonder if this is a windows update issue somehow
edit make sure all optional updates are installed (except the win 11 one ...)

wouldnt think so , the clean boot should remove these (can use taskmanager to be sure the processes are ended on boot up)
cant hurt to run a sfc /scannow in a command prompt as administrator
there was an indication of component store issue but doubt its related (likley a update issue)
Signature du problème : P1 : 10.0.19041.1310:1 P2 : wcp\componentstore\storelayout.cpp P3 : ComponentStore::CRawStoreLayout::HydrateFileUsingForwardAndReverseDeltas
anyways i have to go its near 1 am here , will check later today .... - 4 years ago
I have disabled everything. I even deleted Avast. No difference.
(Once I had an all black window appear and disappear)
I then did the sfc / scannow
No change.
I link the log
