Launcher doesn't open
It just doesnt open... It used to work fine. I've reinstalled it multiple times... Just refuses to work. DX Diag: [ Spoiler ] MSinfo: attached cos too big too paste

Are you using any configuration scripts with chrome ? the launcher uses the chromium framework and can be affected ( just a thought) non standard scripts wont carry over to the new profile
I gather you have removed and re-add the launcher.exe to Kaperskey and unticked scan encrypted connections, this use to be a good thread for kaperskey here
use Avid Mbox 3 or Korg Midi ?
@proxos666 I disabled all my chrome extensions and it didnt make a difference
