Launcher won't update

So yeah, for some reason the game wouldn't launch and I had to reinstall the game, now it won't even install or even update. I have done a "clean start up" and I have reinstalled it about 9-10 times now, and it won't patch. Something must be wrong with your server because it is only SPECIFICALLY your game, and before the launcher change, it worked fine.

So yeah where is the fix.

Normally uninstall isn't a fix for game failing to launch

In the main game folder is a log folder , what does it show for the most recent login attempts ?

Edit - given you uninstalled if the game hasn't been re-installed make the changes here

I checked, There is nothing in appdata, the SWTOR folder does not exist, and there is no settings.launcher

I am going to assume something is wrong with installation since its not installing the game properly.

So nobody at all will help me with this situation:? Nobody?

Um hello? I asked for help for an issue, It appears you people have a performance issue in tech support.

That is the same link that someone gave to me, then walked off. Nothing helped.

If that guide does not get you back up and running then please provide more information... Which Firewall programs are you running everyone has the Windows one, do you have Norton, blah blah blah ... (if so) did you follow the bottom of the guide and make the adjustments to those programs as listed?

Have you checked that you do not currently have a Launcher Error?

Have you tried repairing your launcher using -

New Launcher fixer tool

Does it come back with a Tick for your part of the World?

Did you read the bottom of the 'Guide' and come back providing your Logs? (ie Launcher.log) so we can all see exactly what is going on....

Would you rather I just replied with a "Me too" so your not alone, even though it would be a lie?

I have asked !!>>FOUR<<!! seperate times for help, and people would just lazily link other forum posts, that barely explain how to fix something. So what I want, is why the hell is the launcher distributed SO * damaged that nobody can play the game, without a degree in software engineering, and a How to, into editing a god damn registry
