Legacy rename not working

Hey there everyone,

I recently purchased a legacy rename for my account and proceeded to use the consumable. The first attempt at a change supposedly went through, but no change to the name. I tried it again, and then tried it after logging out and back in, as well as rebooting the entire game. No luck so far, and while I do still have the rename button active in my legacy tab, none of my attempts seem to actually change the name. I am currently preferred status, so I cannot make an in-game ticket. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. It is certainly not game breaking, but this is genuinely one of the most annoying bugs I have ever encountered. The name I am trying to change to does not give me an error message, as the name is not on the ban list for words or names either, just "Irish Whiskey". Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
