level 60 character creation broken

Whilst checking out the new level 60 character creation process  it crashed/hung and i've lost the ability to create a new level 60. I was just creating, deleting, then tweaking I did it about 6 times and the deletion process crashed and i got an error regarding a character being inactive and that it need to be deleted... looking at the character screen , the character is now gone and so is the ability to create a level 60.

i created a ticket in game too.
