Hi. I have recently moved across the united states.
My family was in charge of all of my worldly possessions, what made it and what did not. Sadly this includes my login token. I was wandering how to remove it from my account, or If I buy a newone possibly putting it on the account instead. I will be out of town tomorrow, and I will try to log back in here as I am able, thank you.
First method to remove manually is to go to swtor.com in your browser, go to login to your account with your Display Name and Password but leave security key field empty. Click login and on the next screen where it asks for your security key, click the link below the field that says "Forgot your security key?" then follow the steps to remove it.
You would need to remove the old one before you can put a new one. If you can't remove it, you'll need to call customer service to have them manually remove it after they verify your account. Their contact info and hours of operation are found here.
