Lost Phone with Authentication App
I lost my phone with authenication key app,can you send me a one time password so i can log in in my account please?

It should work if you are using the HP and not the Launcher.
If not I would clear out my cache, deleting Cookies and trying different Browsers including mobile ones.
@Ahrngrim Thank you. So there is another way to get access back. I did as you instructed and now the issue is resolved.
