missing character head

Hello there,

So I recently came back to this game and I've encountred issue where head on my main character disapears. It's not a problem for any other of my characters and I haven't seen anything missing on npcs or players... I have some kind of full headger on all of my outfits so I didn't notice at first but in cutscenes it's really distracting and I just want my head back... 

Things I've tried - Restarting everything

                          - Changing head at Cartel Bazar to diferen't one and than back

                          - Deleting Bitraider folder 

I appreciate any advice!
