Missing characters in server.

Did they change anything with the servers recently? I can't find my characters on any server. I swear they have better not of gotten rid of em.

    @Oogieweems1989 Hmm, past this is there any chance your account has been compromised. You could create a throwaway and see if your Legacy is visible on the new character. 

    If not, triple check your account (perhaps log into the main site and check if everything matches up). 

    If the legacy is present, or you still have no luck, it's time to reach out to SWTOR support, they can check things more closely and give the appropriate assistance.

Yeah I'm on the right account. The only account I have for the game. I was under the server "The Shadowlands" in the US region. I had a high level commando trooper, sith, jedi, bounty hunter. Now they are gone.
