Missing Server Selection

I have tried the DNS flush with no result, I am using Webroot Antivirus/FIrewall, although it has recently expired, and no effect. The Computer also has Covenant Eyes installed, would this affect the game at all?

I am not familiar of issues with webroot or covenent eyes, what I can say is the best way to be 100% sure they arent causing an issue is to totally uninstall them and try on a reboot after uninstall. 

Just remember to install some form of AV in place even if it is just Microsoft Defender , I presume your using windows 10 here

One cause of no server list can be if a compatibility is applied to launcher.exe but hasnt been applied to swtor.exe so best to ensure no compatibility has been applied as it shouldn't be needed.

I gather you have used the repair utility at this link just in case you installed via origin.

This system played the game as recently as this May, but the I didn't play it for a few weeks, and after that it would not work.

Most cases it is usually a firewall or antivirus issue , try the stuff in my last post at least eliminate them as a cause.

it is also worthwhile at this point if you can say hook up to your mobile internet or another internet connection and just log in quick and see if the servers appear to at least eliminate the internet connection itself.
