Missing Story Quest

Did you check for any pending missions on your ship terminal or try entering your base on Odessan?  Do you have any older chapters pending in your mission log like if you were doing one of the replays?

I assume you emailed support@swtor.com?  That is a valid email but they may take a few days or more for a response.  With the expansion release they may just be receiving a lot of emails.

This would normally indicate that you have reached the limit of the content you have access too 

You only retain access to content that was released when subscribed, for example to access the new expansion and lvl to 75, you will need to subscribe again.

I have Illum First Strike still in my quest log and i can't get rid of it, but yeah i checked my ship and everywhere else for the continuation to the new xpack.

I could see that being the issue, however it it is that's pretty damn dumb. If they're into making the game F2P it should be just that, i shouldn't have to wait a year or maybe even two just to play the next half of the quest. if i didn't have access to it i shouldn't have been able to play a chunk of it anyways.

Swtor does now allow F2P access up to level 60 up from level 50 and access to SOR and Makeb content.

Luckily you dont need to wait several years to play the newer content, for the one off cost of around $15.00 you can get access to all current content you dont have access too.

Swtor is not a non profit organisation and able to give away everything for free unfortunately the people they employ would like to feed their families with the money you pay them.

I'm preffered not f2p, i have access to level 70 content clearly since most of my characters are doing the stuff right before this, if i didn't have access to the newest content i wouldn't be getting xp, and i wouldn't have been able to complete one of the newest planets before my quest just went missing.
