My account is not gaining experience
I recently hit level 70 since I got a code for the recent Nvidia giveaway from a kind soul. However, since I hit level 70, I haven't been gaining command xp, even though I've done several things that should have given me enough to increase my command rank. Relogging didn't fix it either. Is the only reason I'm not gaining command experience because I'm not a subscriber? The character in question is Dubleen on the Star Forge server.

Galactic Command system is character specific and not legacy wide.It is only available to subscribers and only unlocks at Level 70.
