No access to security key app - can't change my SWTOR password

Hello.

I played SWTOR a long time ago and had security key app on my iPad at that time. Recently, I've been willing to play the game again, downloaded it on Steam, started the Launcher but then realized that I don't remember my password, so I decided to change it. I got a link to replace my password but then it appears that I have to input a security key generated by security key app which I no longer have access to. Having no access to the app, I basically can't change my password and log in.

Please help.

If you have the "serial number" of the security key stored/noted somewhere, you can reinstall the security app and use this serial number to get the security app working again (with the serial number, the current date and time in 10s slices, and an algorithm the code you need is calculated).
If you don't know either password or serial number your only option is to call support ☹️

Hi,
Many thanks for helping with this.
I've looked through my old docs and mailboxes but can't seem to find any serial number… Seeing how calling support seems to be the only viable option, do you, by any chance, know if the support number for Kazakhstan is correct? I try to call them but it's constantly saying that the number is incorrect. I also note that the international code for Kazakhstan is +7, not 8. Not sure how to proceed further.

On the top of this forum there is a posting called "[INFO] Getting Help and Board Guidlines".
A little bit down you will find the support numbers for USA, UK, France and Germany. Sadly, I fear there are no other numbers. But it also suggests, that you can use Skype or any other VoIP service to call.
