No cartel coins arrived
I paid for 1000 cartel coins on 1st November. I checked my bank account and I got charged for 1000 cartel coins on 3rd November (yesterday). Yet I do not see 1000 coins arriving in my SWTOR account.
You are best submitting an in-game ticket, sending an email to support@swtor.com or give CS a call on the phone.

The page says "Where there is an X below, please replace it with the number appropriate to your provider and your country."
I'm not too sure what they mean?
That number is to the UK so in essence its +44 [removed by CM]
with the x each country has an exit code example Australia ours is 0011 so for us x = 11
we dial 0011 44 [removed by CM] luckily our phone plans usually have free international calls to the UK now, but for those that dont , skype/voip is an option
