Try a game repair initially
Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner. If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.
Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcherHi there I closed Bloom Effect and lowered AA to Medium from High. It worked for me ^^
I gather you are using the Crimson drivers see here , I thought was fixed with the latest driver though, maybe not ...
Will wait and see if that solves for @DariiusXD as well.
Thank you for another option but my rig isn't that good so my current options will be fine. The thing is I have a worse ISSUE I still couldn't find the solution.
I have the same problem as well. Turning the bloom off is optionnal for me, turning the AA to medium solves the problem. And @proxos666 , the last Crimson update didn't solve the problem for me.
