Your only option apart from create a new swtor account is to call swtor support when the lines are open and update the email on the account to one that can receive the email ok

AHAHAHAHAH. An international phone call for a 2 lines of code at worst issue. * off. I even spent money on this...
The issue is on YOUR side. I didn't change anything, YOU did. Push this issue up the chain, I don't care how.
And while I was bitching here, immediately after your reply, I received a password. Expired by the time I noticed, or perhaps already expired the moment I received it, it doesn't matter. This makes the stupidity of the issue even worse for your side, because it means it can work and it can be solved in a matter of seconds.

I dont work for swtor, im a player like you , but if you dont get the reset password email there is no other way to fix the account
however If you are getting them late and manage to get back into the account , likely best to change the email used or add the security key to the account so you dont wait on emails
To discuss this further with swtor support, give them a call , say using skype- 2 years ago
This time I was ready, in case it replicated. I received another password, already expired. Try replying a bunch of times, I'm not sure but 5 might not be enough and 10 might be overkill, I didn't keep track of how many attempts I made in 24 hours.
