no serverlist

Hi!

Since the patch last week on Dec, 12th, the game is stuck at the server select screen with an empty server list. The launcher.exe is working fine, I can login and it also downloaded and installed the patch last week and the bugfix patch this tuesday. The swtor.exe also starts normally, however it is unable to retrieve the serverlist. I've tried every approach from the troublshooting guide and online research I could find, but nothing has helped so far. Here is a list of things I have tried (most of them more than once):

- Checked antivirus and firewall settings, checked their logs (no entry), even deactivated these programs

- Checked the router and made sure the ports are open, also restarted the router

- Cleared the DNS cache

- Checked the connection via the UOTrace program: The connection seems to be fine

- Checked the compatibility modes and tried different settings

- Let the repair utility control the installation

- Uninstalled and reinstalled SWTOR

- Started with a different account

As I said, nothing of these things worked and I am running out of ideas what else might be causing this problem.

The swtor.exe logfile reads as follows:

2019-12-13T17:12:39.930870 004C5418 INFO Login user: XXXXXX shardaddress: @:: [Client.Startup](playerclient.cpp:PlayerClient::Login:1954)

I hope this can help top find or at least narrow down the cause of this problem.

    which antivirus/firewall for reference ? sometimes deactivating the av isnt until you go into taskmanager and kill the processes too

    I'm using Avira and Zonealarm.

    I canceled their autostart feature, restarted the system and checked the taskmanager that they are realy off.

    And there should have been and log entry if they had blocked something while active, which also wasn't the case.
