no way to get serial code

- go to swtor.com
- click on log in
- enter your display name and password
- leave the security code field blank
- next it asks you for the security code again, but now click on "lost your security key?"
- this sends a so called "one time passwort" to your email
- enter this "one time passwort"
- once you are logged in, remove the currently active security key
- then re-add the mobile security app
- you get a new serial number, make sure to write it down

(hope this is all correct, I personally have not done all of this steps)
