To provide some context on "NodeSpeccache"
This is a windows error in that windows is stating exactly as said in that the cache files are unable to be accessed on the hard drive for some reason.
this can be caused by a number of things, ones that come to mind immediately are a full hard drive or incorrect windows security permission or say an antivirus locking the file.
Swtor has 3 cache files one is static and the other two are meant to be temp files.
Deleting the static cache is simple you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor and delete just the file called diskcachearena , a frech cache will auto create on the next games launch.
The other 2 cache files are called diskcachestatic and diskcachestream
if you press the windows key and paste %LOCALAPPDATA%\SWTOR\swtor\ if the files are seen there with the game closed delete them.
See if that has any affect on the issue firstup.
Edit - this was another thing mentioned by CS previously so worth checking - http://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=4743723&postcount=2

To check one more thing is your OS 32 or 64bit ? if unsure can you supply a dxdiag per this link
If your crashing is occurring on loading into a planet for example this is also worth checking.

My computer is a 64bit Operating System. I'm not sure a DxDiag would help at this current time since I'm currently re-installing the game, after giving up because nothing seemed to fix the issue... its not a crash on launch its crash at moment in time that I'm not expecting.... (e.g. Middle of a Operations when I'm healing or tanking and/or middle of a PvP match)
That and when I do the choose file it says in big red letters that its an 'unsupported file type'- 7 years ago
Also in the %LOCALAPPDATA% there isn't a SWTOR folder, there is only a swtor_performance application
