Not getting my Subscribers gift off Galactic Seasons

First time doing this. 

I’ve been doing the Galactic Seasons weekly since the start, only now I’m running into trouble. 

I’m a Subscriber, but I’m not getting the second gift for the third time now, I didn’t get Shadow Initiate’s Skirt, Security and Monitoring System, and 10 Underworld Syndicate Plans. 

Any idea what the problem is?
