Not Receiving one-time password email - stuck out of account

Hi all, I'm trying to log into SWTOR on a new laptop and the launcher is asking for a one-time password (OTP). I never receive the email, even after multiple attempts. It’s not in spam, junk, or any ...

And I thought I was the only person having this issue...If this doesn't get fixed by end of day, will they compensate everyone effected?
