there can be a myriad of reasons
your options are wait and see if it comes good , or call CS , use skype for free call if you have it

Every email from ea arrived but not this one with one time password -.- before subscription i never had this "one time password" thing. Probably they wont give me back these days ehhhh.
I have heard of them crediting lost days so it is possible to get them back, no harm in asking
To avoid the OTP setup a security key , use Winauth detailed here if need on the PC played on

yea but atm i cant do this cause of this. I cant even submit a ticket because its only able to do this in game-.- how stupid it is
