Can you email support@swtor.com from the email address linked to that account ? you will need to get the security key removed so you can reset the password.

Hey! 

Have a bit of an issue getting into my old account - I'm being prompted for one time pin however I don't know the email the account is linked to. Is there a way to find out what email address is linked without emailing the support team or is that the only way? 

I've emailed them with the query already however I was just wondering if there might be another way!

As the email is the crux of the account security , if you do not know the email and cant check it, there is nothing that can be done on a public forum.

Delay is around 10 days at present i believe

only thing can suggest is if you do remember the email addresses and have access you can put the email in at https://account.swtor.com/user/displayname/recover and see if the username lines up to the email

What are you looking to get fixed ? if its the OTP not turning up then if it isn't being block by the ISP / Spam folder etc it is going to a email not being checked

if issues email them support@swtor.com and they can assist you but response time on email is up to 10 days at present
