Order status

I renew my subscription yesterday at around 20:50 and I am still waiting for the order to be processed almost 16 hours later. My bank account was charged with tha relative ammount, I've also confirmed the transaction. It would be nice to get some kind of indication why it is taking so long for me to see my account as a subscribed.
