Password Reset Email Not Sending?
So for about the past day or so ive been trying to reset my password but the email that is supposed to let me do that just hasnt been sent. I'm not sure what to do cus now ig im locked out of the gam...

Same its been over a week and I have had 4 calls with support NONE have solved the issue and simply said its global, they know about it and hang in. i still can't get into the game.
I am not tracking any major issues with OTP, nor a large increase of posts of this nature, can double check on monday though
Support would normally request a different email address using a different domain be placed on the account has this occurred
