Patch downloaded get 0.00 download

Ok I get to character screen but only allows me to pick make a new character. And download stays at 0.00 wont go past tha. Been 3 hours.

Had this Problem sense 6pm Yesterday, Any update or anything? i'd like to get back into the game. I'v also tried all the Tips and stuff that i'v found on the internet but no good.
