Payment details does not save and redirects to homepage.

Hi guys, trying to subscribe to the game (am an old preferred player) results in me being redirected back to the website homepage each time after trying to add a payment method, either via credit card or PayPal. Some of the buttons on the site also feels unresponsive, I have to click numerous time before I can select the credit card option radio button. My payment methods also never get saved. The whole experience just feels glitchy. I get no error messages.

    If you still have any saved payment info on swtor.com remove it and also check your EA / Origin account.  If you have any saved info there delete it as well then try to re-add your payment info back to swtor.com and try again.

    If this does. It resolve the issue, at that point I would call customer service and have them verify three is no issue with your account or anything they can see that would cause this.

    Have you tried from a different browser to see if the issue persists?  I know there was some login issues in general earlier so it may have been that.  Have you tried again recently?

  • @Belgorad I tried both Chrome and Firefox, my mobile phone, and another computer all together and on a different network as well. The experience is exactly the same each and every time. I literally cannot pay for this in any way and I do not want to source a 60 day code either
