Please Start Making You Customer Support Team Do Their Job

Honestly I don't know why I even play SWTOR anymore, I haven't been a subscriber/player for very long, I've had an account since 2008 but was unable to play the game, now that I have been able to, I have been subjectified to harassment, scrutiny, discrimination, bullying, awful game playing experience with consistent bugs, consistent spamming for illegal yet legit cheating for credits, etc. Oh I know why I play cause I invested money into this game buying subscriptions and Cartel Coins.

The Customer Support team's consistent suggestions of posting on a forum, only to get scrutinized by the player base is not helping your game in anyway shape or form. This is when you call by number of put in an in-game ticket.

Cheaters, harassment, pretty much anything that violates the terms of service, are completely ignored by the CS, I'm not playing a game to come back and see someone who has violated the terms of service to still be on the game, they need an immediate account ban, that's how it needs to run, no warnings, no nothing, immediate ban.

The forum on the official website needs to be shut down, or made better, posters on the forum should have the ability to make their topics read only, only able to be replied to by forum moderators, or where they approve what replys get posted to avoid scrutiny, etc. Also, if a forum user puts someone on their ignore list, that person should not be able to see any post from the user, I don't put someone on the ignore list to have them keep being able to see my post, it's called "ingore" for a reason, same if this happens in-game on chats.

The point is you're not doing your jobs to make this game a safe, user-friendly enviroment.

Consistent bug issues, not testing materials before putting them out, etc. also is a digusting. The fact that your developers are putting out faulty patches that break several in-game stuff that is not even related to the currently released content raises a lot of questions as to if the developers really know what they are doing, I'm not expecting every patch to be perfect but it's pathetic when every new chapter of the newest expansion has something that breaks older content in the game, Knights of the Fallen Empire has had nothing but these issues since its release.

You really need to step up your game, you're looking like a money-hunger business that cares nothing about their customers.

I'm a subscriber, I pay for my game, no one else does, I shouldn't have to put up with half of what I do. Trust me I'm not refering anyone to your game nor will I until these issues are resolved. You want more customers, then satisfy this customer. Thank you.

I'd post my own thoughts about the CS team but one of them is gunning for me and covering up my complaints about their conduct.

Bugger.. doesn't sound like you folks are having a fun time of it at the moment.

I read the lead post in it's entirety, which has me thinking this is one of those times for lemonade and not gasoline, I have no shame in admitting that I have days where it would be just food for the troll.

As extensive as your post is, and I'm not one to judge; I did read it hoping for suggestions for a different perspective of thought or productive ideas moving forward.

I had to put  down SWTOR since November... purely because I was busy (to lazy to remove my CC to stop subs even), and I can sympathise with your frustration over glitches and bugs.. but surely you could understand the degree of difficulty in firing out 'new' content every couple of months....

What I can see is there has been an increase in Crew Skills and a massive reworking to who does what, new pvp *, a merging of sort of the servers so you can choose between PVE and PVE open worlds, and then the Story Chapters on top of that aswell, excluding the weekly CM goodies and events going on.

Please remember the team behind the game are human too, it is unlikely that Every Monday there is a team meeting with the heading "What to break this week".... kinda silly to play on that further or the endless army that is and always has been referred to as the "Chinese Gold Farmer".

Lol, I'm a dck I would just deal with it by locking down chat to a level much higher then 10.. but then I would get drunk on the power and require valid drivers licences, a minimum two year deployment.. letters of reference from mum and dad vouching your not a 'tool' etc etc.. you get where I am going with this..... Just turn off Chat !

*I would just hate for anyone else to read this page and think it's all sht because no one said otherwise.. the game as in life is what you make of it.
