EA QV TeamIf I understood this correctly, your SWTOR account is sent to RU, you're in Russia, and you're still receiving that IP Address error? Is your payment method also originating from Russia?
You probably need to give us a call so we can investigate. Account & Billing handles sensitive information, so it can only be done over the phone.
Or can I call the Russian representative office of the EA by phone +7 (495) 642 73 97? And yes, I always paid at Russian prices.

@Moonlight_Shad0w If you're calling from Russia, I'd recommend calling the UK number (+44 203 0141 826) via Skype or another VoIP service to make it cheaper, but the number will work on landlines and mobiles too.
I can not contact the UK office via Skype, because this * winnow does not let me pop an account and / or choose a * tariff.
