Sounds like you bought the single character unlock as opposed to the account wide unlock
try sending an email to support@swtor.com explaining you bought the single unlock instead of the account unlock and ask if this can be refunded so you can get the account wide unlock
put a link to this thread in the email as well , it may help.
Not sure how they will respond with this issue unfortunately
when you buy should be a screen like below seen to choose account wide on the right (this is an old picture so price may be different now)
- 9 years agoNope. I double checked in the buy history. And it says that it is for my account (and I did pay the 2700 cartel coins. But thanks for the email, will send one to them.
