Problem with pay

Hi, I have problem with buying SWTOR. I tried buy it 2 days ago 2 times but i said some error. So i tried it again next day. Same error again so I left it behind. And now i see 3 times the same pay. ...

    Hi @mato3543 ,

    Unfortunately in this case if you can't use your phone to call us I would advise reaching out to your provider to make sure you can reach this phone number. Otherwise, perhaps you can try to call the French or German line and ask (in English, it'll be okay) to be transferred to the English line.

    France: +33 4 81 68 10 51, open from 10am to 7pm GMT

    Germany: + 49 221 82829212 , open from 10am to 7pm GMT

    You would need to call between 3pm and 7pm GMT to be transferred.

    I would also advise calling your bank and check if the money was really taken, because sometimes it just appears on the statement because there was an attempt, but it doesn't actually leave the account.

You cannot call them? You said I can have person for help. I think best person is you. If this won't work....

    Hi EA_Chimere, i tried call to Uk and France and Germany. I do not know how it is possible but it will not connect me to it. I Called to my provider and he told me everything is allright and i can make calls  for this countries. I really do not understand it and Im worried Ill never see my money back. If you have some private chate or tickets i can send you photos with that transactions and show you my money really go to EA. Im just student with poorly paid work and that... 50€ I miss. I will thank you very very much if you can help me with this.
