Problems with Subscription

I subscribed today at  (21:04 local time / Russia), the payment is showing in my bank account, the subscription tab on SWTOR.com is saying "You have 29 days of subscription play time remaining" but in game I'm still Preferred Status and it's also not 'tick' at "My Account" tab.

I purchased my account at 2:59 PM CDT today(4/5/2019) and it still shows a preferred status in game. I would really appreciate some help!
