That EA account is disabled , and swtor purchasing wont work until that account has had a password reset

So Your saying, unless I reset the password to a account I cant even access or new existed until now I cant subscribe?

Whelp looks like EA somehow managed to mess up taking my money, ironically the one thing I pegged them GOOD at. Thanks Proxos66 but tbh I give up. No games worth this much of a headache. I'll go play something else  :/

ok i sub 2 accounts an they both go out of my paypal normally at the same time BUT 1 has been renewed the other has not an there is no reason for it to fail

Swtor CS are refunding the 2 x 60 day purchases made whilst the EA account was disabled 

They said the accounts are good now so if you repurchase it will work now.

You have another EA/Origin account that is using the same yahoo email address on the swtor account , that account needs a password reset , once that is done purchasing on swtor will work again

Just to be clear you reset the password on EA/origin account using that yahoo email not the swtor account using that yahoo email ?

edit - swtor cs said that EA/origin account is still disabled that is why purchasing still doesnt work

once you have reset the password on that ea/origin account if still see that page then try a different web browser it can be a browser cache issue

Glad to hear your sorted to get back into Ops tonight , You will be good after that , purchasing either works or it doesn't, so the fact the 60 day worked means you are sorted.

try the sub again in a few days it should set , and shouldn't charge until the current time is up

Recommendation from Swtor CS is to wait 24hrs, then try a different payment method, they also said if that doesn't work you will need to wait for them to reply to your email when it is picked up in the queue

Now the site is not allowing subscriptions at all it seems, at least for the time being. 

Looks like I'll just have to wait. 10-15 day wait period? Is that accurate?

I still cannot subscribe and I've been trying for three days. I think I've done everything recommended; clearing cache, resetting EA and SWTOR password, changing payment methods, and I even tried a game card. None of it is letting me resubscribe and I've tried these methods more than once.

On top of that, the SWTOR subscription page is now saying the game card I purchased has already been used after it failed to work the first time. So now I have a useless 90-day game card and still no subscription.

What else can be done?

Swtor username ? will get feedback when cs are online next (should be sunday)

as to the code be sure to send an email with the code in it to support@swtor.com , they can verify and apply the code manually once the account is fixed

Swtor CS are also refunding the 8 or so purchases attempted whilst the account was disabled so you will see them back over the next week.
