What occurs with subscriptions and expansions is that when you subscribe you get access to all then available expansions.

When your subscription drops you keep the access you have but do not gain any new expansions released afterwards.

To gain access to all released expansions now and able to level to 70 will require at least a 30 day subscription, and again once that lapses you keep that access
