I also contacted support and they were no help. After verifying my personal information, such as email, account name, billing address, purchases, phone number, characters I have, they still refused to assist me further because I didn't know 2 of my recovery questions. I didn't remember setting those questions. As a returning player this is disgusting. I'm uninstalling. Never again EA.
