If you are having issues with receiving the one time password, please try the steps in this guide here.

If neither of them work then you can try to change the email on your account to a different email if it will let you and send the one time password there.  I recommend creating a new email that has never been used on EA / Swtor before.

Note that changing your email for your EA account should change the email for your swtor account as they are linked by default.

I tested the one-time password with my Gmail account and did not have issues receiving it.  Just change the email for your EA account to a different email, preferably one that hasn't been used before on EA or swtor and send it again.

For future reference, adding a security key to your account as per this guide here will avoid the validation email when logging in the future.
